 Become acquainted with the best practices for implementing and managing an Food safety Management System (FSMS) based on ISO 22000

This course enables the participants to learn about the best practices for implementing and managing a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) as specified in ISO 22000:2005, as well as the best practices for implementing the food safety controls of the eleven domains of the ISO 27002. This training also helps to understand how ISO 22000 is linked with ISO/TS 22004:2005 (Food Safety Management Systems -- Guidance on the application of ISO 22000:2005) and ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 (Prerequisite programmes on food safety -- Part 1: Food manufacturing)
